• Contact and trial request forms (Contact and Cyto-Copilot Trial pages): name, business email address, phone number, organization, job position, and any message you enter.
• Newsletter / update sign-up (the notification icon in our footer): name and email address, collected through our HubSpot-hosted form.
• Usage data: pages visited, general location, device and browser type, and referral source, collected automatically via Google Analytics cookies.

Fields marked as required on our forms are needed for us to respond to you; if you do not provide them, we may not be able to process your inquiry or trial request.

2. How We Use Your Information

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other regions with similar requirements, the legal basis for each use is noted below.

• Responding to your inquiries and trial requests (legal basis: our legitimate interest in managing enquiries about our business, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract).
• Sending product updates or news you have asked to receive (legal basis: your consent, given when you sign up).
• Understanding how visitors use our site so we can improve it (legal basis: your consent, given via the cookie banner).

• HubSpot — hosts our newsletter / update sign-up form.
• Our own backend systems — receive and process submissions from our Contact and Trial request forms.
• Google Analytics — collects anonymized usage statistics using cookies.

Your information is primarily processed in the United States, where AHEAD Medicine and the service providers listed above are located; our Taipei office may also access it. Each provider acts under its own privacy and security terms, and we only share the minimum information necessary for them to perform their service.

• EEA, UK, and Switzerland: where a transfer involves personal information protected under EU, UK, or Swiss data protection law, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under that law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, as reflected in our data processing agreements with these providers.
• Japan: transfers of your personal information outside Japan are made to the United States, where our service providers are contractually required to apply data protection measures. By submitting your information to us, you consent to this transfer, as permitted under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

We use Google Analytics cookies to understand aggregate site traffic. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline these cookies; Google Analytics only runs if you accept.
